Differential proteomics of ascidian during different developmental periods

ABSTRACT: Adult ascidian firmly but permanent adhere to variety of surfaces by stolon that contain several adhesive secretions. Previous studies showed that proteins are important component of this material. Recently, iTRAQ proteomic analysis has been used to obtain the adhesive protein components of ascidian.
