The BRAF cohort is comprised of patients with BRAF V600E mutant microsatellite stable (MSS) cancers (n=165, 24m median follow-up). The MISSONI cohort is comprised of patients with microsatellite instability, with a subset receiving immunotherapy, (n=90, 24m median follow-up). The VALENTINO cohort includes patients with RAS/RAF wildtype MSS cancers who received chemotherapy and anti-EGFR therapy (n=176, 32m median follow-up). Slides are taken from both primary and metastatic sites. Slides were digitised using a Zeiss AxioScan.Z1 slide scanner (40x magnification, 0.11 µm/pixel).","dates":{"release":"2024-11-30T00:00:00Z","modification":"2024-10-03T14:14:07.456Z","creation":"2024-10-03T09:31:13.368Z"},"accession":"S-BIAD1407","cross_references":{}}
