These images were used to make the 3D reconstruction (Figure 2C and supplemental video).&lt;br /></legend><legend>Jurkat cells were conjugated to latex beads coated with anti-TCR antibody for the indicated times. Cells were analyzed by immunoblotting for Glu-tubulin (55 kDa, upper part of the membrane) or for GAPDH (34 kDa, lower part of the membrane).
