Total RNA concentrations were determined by using NanoDrop spectrophotometer (Thermo Fisher) and their quality was assessed with the TapeStation 4150 (Agilent Technologies).</sample_protocol><sample_protocol>Sample Collection - cell lines were from DSMZ (SUPM2, L82). MS-5 cells were kindly shared by Prof. Lucio Pastore (Department of Molecular Medicine and Medical Biotechnology, University of Napoli, Italy). All cells were cultivated at 37°C in a humidified 5% CO2 atmosphere and were routinely tested for mycoplasma contamination using a Mycoplasma PCR detection kit (Applied Biological Materials Inc. abm # G238) and always tested negative. Drugs were purchased at MedChem express. All drugs were dissolved according to manufacturer’s instructions.</sample_protocol><sample_protocol>Sequencing - An equimolar amount of each DNA library was pooled together and subject to cluster generation and sequencing into the Illumina NextSeq550 System (Illumina) with a 2×75 paired-end format</sample_protocol><sample_protocol>Library Construction - After GEM generation, all the steps of cDNA synthesis, clean-up and amplification, DNA fragmentation, end-repair, adapter ligation and indexing PCR-amplification were done with the Chromium Single Cell 3‘ reagents following the manufacturer’s protocol while the DNA purification as well as the size selection steps were done with SPRIselect magnetic beads (Beckman Coulter, Brea, CA) as indicated by the 10X protocol. Finally, the concentration of each indexed library was determined by using Qubit dsDNA BR Assay (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA) and their quality were assessed with the D1000 screentape on the TapeStation 4150 (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA).</sample_protocol><figure_sub>Organization</figure_sub><figure_sub>MINSEQE Score</figure_sub><figure_sub>Assays and Data</figure_sub><figure_sub>MAGE-TAB Files</figure_sub><omics_type>Metabolomics</omics_type><omics_type>Unknown</omics_type><omics_type>Transcriptomics</omics_type><omics_type>Genomics</omics_type><omics_type>Proteomics</omics_type><instrument_platform>NextSeq 550</instrument_platform><study_type>RNA-seq of coding RNA</study_type><species>Homo sapiens</species><pubmed_title>BH3 mimetic drugs overcome the microenvironment-induced resistance to crizotinib in ALK+ anaplastic large cell lymphoma</pubmed_title><pubmed_authors>Claudia Pignataro (University of Naples Federico II, Italy) Pietro Zoppoli (University of Naples Federico II, Italy) Luca Vincenzo Cappelli (Sapienza University, Rome, Italy) Liron Yoffe (Weill Cornell Medicine, United States) Marta Moretti (Sapienza University of Rome, Italy) Mariapaola Izzo (Sapienza University of Rome, Italy) Selene Mallia (Azienda USL - IRCCS di Reggio Emilia, Italy) Clarisse Kayembe (Weill Cornell Medicine, United States) Abigail Taylor (Weill Cornell Medicine, United States) Gianluca Petrillo (University of Naples Federico II, Italy) Alessandra Affinito (University of Naples Federico II, Italy) Cristina Quintavalle (Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR), Italy) Giada De Luca (Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR), Italy) Martina Mascolo (University of Naples Federico II, Italy) Sara Verde (University of Rome \"Tor Vergata\", Italy) Aurelia Fraticelli (University of Rome \"Tor Vergata\", Italy) Alessia Ciarrocchi (Azienda USL-IRCCS di Reggio Emilia, Italy) Paolo Salerno (University of Naples Federico II, Italy) Enrico Desmaele (La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy) Antonio Francesco Campese (Sapienza, University of Rome, Italy) Valentina Fragliasso (Azienda USL-IRCCS, Italy) Robin Foà (Hematology, Sapienza University of Rome, Italy) Giuseppe Merla (University of Naples Federico II, Italy) Giorgio Inghirami (Weill Cornell Medicine, United States) Gerolama Condorelli (University of Naples federico II, Italy) Danilo Fiore (University of Naples Federico II, Italy)</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Pietro Zoppoli</pubmed_authors></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>BCL2 targeting overcomes the microenvironment-induced resistance to crizotinib in ALK+ anaplastic large cell lymphoma</name><description>Drug sensitivity assessment of two different ALCL cell lines growth with or without mouse cell line co-culture</description><dates><release>2025-06-16T00:00:00Z</release><modification>2025-06-16T11:01:02.882Z</modification><creation>2024-10-09T16:39:14.366Z</creation></dates><accession>E-MTAB-14526</accession><cross_references><ENA>ERP164997</ENA><EFO>EFO_0002944</EFO><EFO>EFO_0004170</EFO><EFO>EFO_0005518</EFO><EFO>EFO_0003738</EFO><EFO>EFO_0004184</EFO></cross_references></HashMap>
