Read quality was assessed with FastQC (v0.11.9). Adapter-trimmed reads were aligned to the human reference genome (hg38) using Bowtie2 (v2.3.5.1) with the parameters \"-- local --very-sensitive --no-mixed --no-discordant --phred33 -I 10 -X 700\". Only uniquely mapped reads were retained by excluding alignments containing the “XS” tag. Properly paired reads were extracted and converted to BAM format using SAMtools (v1.10). Peak calling was performed with MACS2 (v2.2.7.1) with the parameters “-g hs -f BAMPE --call-summits --keep-dup auto -q 0.01”.</data_protocol><omics_type>Metabolomics</omics_type><omics_type>Unknown</omics_type><omics_type>Transcriptomics</omics_type><omics_type>Genomics</omics_type><omics_type>Proteomics</omics_type><instrument_platform>NextSeq 550</instrument_platform><study_type>CUT&amp;RUN</study_type><species>Homo sapiens</species><pubmed_authors>Kohei Kumegawa</pubmed_authors></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>CUT&amp;Tag of H3K27Ac of HCT26-1T: Control and GSK126</name><description>CUT&amp;Tag for H3K27Ac; Colorectal cancer patient derived organoids, HCT26-1T; drug experiment of control vs GSK126.</description><dates><release>2025-11-20T00:00:00Z</release><modification>2026-05-27T17:48:20.062Z</modification><creation>2025-11-19T15:42:44.787Z</creation></dates><accession>E-MTAB-16203</accession><cross_references><ENA>ERP185340</ENA><EFO>EFO_0002944</EFO><EFO>EFO_0009973</EFO><EFO>EFO_0004170</EFO><EFO>EFO_0005518</EFO><EFO>EFO_0003816</EFO><EFO>EFO_0004184</EFO></cross_references></HashMap>
