When indicated, cells were treated with IL12 overnight (100 ng/mL). Sample were treated and collected after 5 hrs of infection with Salmonella (MOI 50). When indicated, cells are treated with VX765 (25 micromolar) , 1 hr before infection, to imhibit inflammasome. 500k cells per condition were harvested by centrifugation and resuspended in Zymo buffer</sample_protocol><sample_protocol>Nucleic Acid Extraction - Zymo DNA/RNA Shield was used to resuspend the cell pellet. RNA was purified and processed by Plasmidsaurus</sample_protocol><sample_protocol>Sequencing - Plasmidsaurus standard procedure, and were sequenced according to manufacturer procedures</sample_protocol><sample_protocol>Library Construction - Plasmidsaurus standard procedure, and were sequenced according to manufacturer procedures</sample_protocol><figure_sub>Organization</figure_sub><figure_sub>MINSEQE Score</figure_sub><figure_sub>Assays and Data</figure_sub><figure_sub>Processed Data</figure_sub><figure_sub>MAGE-TAB Files</figure_sub><data_protocol>Data Transformation - Data was normalised on the total read count (normalisation on CPM)</data_protocol><omics_type>Metabolomics</omics_type><omics_type>Unknown</omics_type><omics_type>Transcriptomics</omics_type><omics_type>Genomics</omics_type><omics_type>Proteomics</omics_type><instrument_platform>Illumina NovaSeq X</instrument_platform><study_type>RNA-seq of coding RNA</study_type><species>Homo sapiens</species><pubmed_title>Human NK cells engage cell-intrinsic non-canonical inflammasome function</pubmed_title><pubmed_authors>Nathan Leborgne</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Leborgne et al</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Dave Boucher</pubmed_authors></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Effect of Salmonella infection and IL12 on human Natural Killer cells</name><description>Human NK cells (2 donors, healthy) Up: Unprimed IL12: Primed with IL12 Sal: Salmonella SL1344 (log) infected cells) VX: VX765, inflammatory caspase inhibitor</description><dates><release>2026-09-14T00:00:00Z</release><modification>2026-09-17T10:39:17.405Z</modification><creation>2026-09-04T11:40:37.504Z</creation></dates><accession>E-MTAB-17572</accession><cross_references><ENA>ERP204945</ENA><EFO>EFO_0002944</EFO><EFO>EFO_0004170</EFO><EFO>EFO_0005518</EFO><EFO>EFO_0003816</EFO><EFO>EFO_0003738</EFO><EFO>EFO_0004184</EFO></cross_references></HashMap>
