Baseline Transformation: median of all samples .</description><repository>biostudies-arrayexpress</repository><sample_protocol>Scaning - Microarrays were scanned at 10-um resolution using a GenePix Personal 4100A microarray scanner and the GenePix Pro 6.0 acquisition and data-extraction software (Molecular Devices, Corp.).</sample_protocol><sample_protocol>Nucleic Acid Extraction - RNA was extracted with Trizol (Invitrogen) following the manufacturer's standard protocol, followed by confirmation of RNA integrity by agarose gel electrophoresis.</sample_protocol><sample_protocol>Labeling - Complementary RNAs (cRNAs) labeled with Cy5-CTP (Perkin-Elmer) were synthesized from 1 ug of total RNA of each sample using the Low RNA Input Fluorescent Linear Amplification Kit (Agilent Technologies) following the manufacturer's protocol. A reference cRNA, labeled with Cy3-CTP (Perkin-Elmer), was synthesized from 1 ug of sample D2 RNA.
