The present study aimed at evaluating how RDW affects depression after ICH.&lt;h4>Methods&lt;/h4>From prospective analyses of patients admitted to our department between January 2017 and September 2022, ICH patients with complete medical records were evaluated. The 17-item Hamilton Depression (HAMD-17) scale was used for measuring the depressive symptoms at 3 months after ICH.
