However, its precise role in cancer remains unclear. In this study, we conducted a comprehensive pan-cancer analysis of PPARG expression using various types of cancer obtained from public databases. We observed significant heterogeneity in PPARG expression across different types of cancer. The association between PPARG expression and patient prognosis was investigated using Cox proportional hazards regression models and survival analysis.
