Using the ICF model as a guide, outcome measures were chosen to explore potential constructs and aspects of health and functioning which may have been affected by regulations.<h4>Setting</h4>Online, Canada.<h4>Methods</h4>Participants provided demographic and clinical characteristics at baseline.
