This study aimed to assess the short-term efficacy of SILDPPHR+1 in comparison to conventional laparoscopic duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection (cLDPPHR).&lt;h4>Methods&lt;/h4>Consecutive patients who underwent SILDPPHR+1 and cLDPPHR procedures were screened.
