Our group has previously published on a historical cohort of 1000 NDMM patients uniformly treated with RVd induction with impressive both PFS and overall survival. Here, we present a comparative analysis of our RVd cohort with a recent cohort of 326 patients induced with Dara-RVd at our institution with intent to transplant.
