Many PRSLS are locally developed. WHO Global Action Plan on Patient Safety 2021-2030 urges governments to deploy policies for healthcare risk management including PSRLS. The Ministry of Health of Catalonia (MHC) faced challenges in addressing quality and patient safety (Q&PS) issues due to disparate information systems.
