He had a history of atrophied left kidney and gout. Physical exam revealed mild right renal angle tenderness.<h4>Outcome</h4>Initial imaging, pointed to a diagnosis of ureteropelvic junction stenosis. During surgery, a type two retrocaval ureter was discovered.
