The 5xFAD mouse is a relatively mature disease model of AD. However, the behavioral research on 5xFAD female mouse is more focused on the changes of late memory function, and the exploration of its early behavioral and pathological changes is still incomplete. This research aims to explore the changes in memory function, emotional function (including anxiety and depression), motor ability, amyloid plaques, glial cell response and neurogenesis in the hippocampus of female 5xFAD mice in the early stage, laying a foundation for a comprehensive exploration of the disease mechanism of AD.
