Sixty-one adults with R/R LBCL who had received 1 previous line of therapy and met ≥1 hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) not intended criterion. Overall response rate (primary end point) was 80%; 54% achieved complete response. After median on-study follow-up of 18.2 months, median duration of response was 23.3 months (95% confidence interval [CI], 6.2 to not reached [NR]). Median progression-free survival (PFS) was 9.0 months (95% CI, 4.2 to NR), median overall survival (OS) was NR (95% CI, 16.3 to NR), and 18-month PFS and OS rates were 43% (95% CI, 30-55) and 59% (95% CI, 45-70), respectively. </pubmed_abstract><journal>Blood advances</journal><pagination>3694-3705</pagination><full_dataset_link>https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biostudies/studies/S-EPMC12305224</full_dataset_link><repository>biostudies-literature</repository><pubmed_title>Lisocabtagene maraleucel for R/R LBCL in patients not intended for HSCT: final results of the phase 2 PILOT study.</pubmed_title><pmcid>PMC12305224</pmcid><pubmed_authors>Hoda D</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Champion R</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Hildebrandt GC</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Godwin JE</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Solomon SR</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Chow VA</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Yang Z</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Gordon LI</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Hamadani M</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Gupta NK</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Sehgal A</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Ghosh N</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Ogasawara K</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Essell J</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Yuan B</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Wagner-Johnston ND</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Riedell PA</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Thorpe J</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Reagan PM</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Fanning S</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Nath R</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Licitra E</pubmed_authors></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Lisocabtagene maraleucel for R/R LBCL in patients not intended for HSCT: final results of the phase 2 PILOT study.</name><description>&lt;h4>Abstract&lt;/h4>We report final analysis results from the PILOT study of lisocabtagene maraleucel (liso-cel) for patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL).
