We analyzed the association of women leaders with center size (based on surgical volume), geographic region, presence of categorical fellowship program, and gender of division chief and department chair.<h4>Results</h4>Across 99 centers, a median of 13 (Q1-Q3: 10-15) roles/center were identified.
