We aim to investigate various indicators of stroke care quality, survival, and functional outcome at discharge between men and women, using a national stroke registry.<h4>Methods</h4>Ten key indicators, representative from across stroke care pathway, were compared between men and women using the Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme, a national quality register for England, Wales, and Northern Ireland (2013-2023, n=844 970). Multivariable Poisson regression models with robust variance were constructed to estimated adjusted relative risks (ARR).
