We investigate the neuroanatomical distribution of activated myeloid cells, astrocytes, and complement alongside amyloid-β and phosphorylated tau in a clinically well-defined prospectively collected AD cohort.<h4>Methods</h4>Clinical variants were diagnosed antemortem, and brain tissue was collected post-mortem.
