The results indicated the total nitrogen content in both the roots and leaves of the replanted grapevines decreased. After replanting, the net influx rate of NO<sub>3</sub><sup>-</sup> into grapevine roots decreased, whereas that of NH<sub>4</sub><sup>+</sup> increased.
