Gupta, S.J. Lee, C.W. Min, S.W. Kim, K.-H. Park, D.-W. Bae, et al., 2016) [1]. Leaf senescence is one of the important aspects of the life cycle of a plant that leads to the recycling of nutrients from source to sink cells. To understand the leaf senescence-associated proteins, we used a combination of gel-based 2-DE and 1-DE shotgun proteomic approaches. Here, we display the 2-DE, Mass spectrometry, and Gene ontology data related with the leaf senescence in soybean [1].</pubmed_abstract><journal>Data in brief</journal><pubmed_title>Proteome data associated with the leaf senescence in Glycine max.</pubmed_title><pmcid>PMC5013252</pmcid><funding_grant_id>PJ011070032016</funding_grant_id><pubmed_authors>Gupta R</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Kim SW</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Park KH</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Lee BW</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Lee SJ</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Rakwal R</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Kim ST</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Bae DW</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Min CW</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Agrawal GK</pubmed_authors></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Proteome data associated with the leaf senescence in Glycine max.</name><description>The data presented in this article are associated with the article "Coupling of gel-based 2-DE and 1-DE shotgun proteomics approaches to dig deep into the leaf senescence proteome of Glycine max" (R.
