The crude extract of the whole plant <i>Indigofera sessiliflora</i> (IS.CR) was preliminary tested <i>in-vitro</i> for the existence of polyphenol content, antioxidant and anticholinesterase potential followed by detailed chemical characterization through UHPLC-MS.
