However, identifying <i>S. ocellatus</i> after simple processing steps, such as skin removal and dicing, is difficult. Certain traders misrepresent and sell <i>S. ocellatus</i> as <i>M. miiuy</i> or cultured <i>M. miiuy</i> for illegal economical gain.
