We developed a mouse model that allows obtaining large amounts of either neutrophils or macrophages infected in vivo with &lt;i>M. tuberculosis&lt;/i> for mycobacteria isolation in quantities sufficient for the whole genome RNA sequencing and aerosol challenge of mice.
