We aimed to answer the abovementioned question with our real-world data.&lt;h4>Design setting and participants&lt;/h4>Patients who underwent radical nephroureterectomy (RNU) and were confirmed to have variant UTUC were retrospectively evaluated for eligibility of analysis.
