IRAK-M and metabolic parameters, including fasting insulin (FINS), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) and beta-cell function (HOMA-β), and thioredoxin-interacting protein (TXNIP), were evaluated. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of IRAK-M and TXNIP for prediabetes and T2D was determined.
Results
IRAK-M decreased significantly with increasing FPG levels.
