To our knowledge, no data on PEP-C have been reported since the original group described the regimen. Here we present a multicentre retrospective cohort reporting our use of PEP-C in 92 patients over an 8-year period. We find that even heavily pretreated lymphoma can respond to PEP-C, particularly low-grade lymphoma (including mantle cell) and lymphoma that was sensitive to the previous line of systemic therapy (chemosensitive). These characteristics may help in the selection of patients likely to derive benefit. The median overall survival of patients with chemosensitive lymphoma treated with PEP-C is 217 days.</pubmed_abstract><journal>EJHaem</journal><pagination>1316-1320</pagination><full_dataset_link>https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biostudies/studies/S-EPMC9713053</full_dataset_link><repository>biostudies-literature</repository><pubmed_title>Managing relapsed refractory lymphoma with palliative oral chemotherapy: A multicentre retrospective study.</pubmed_title><pmcid>PMC9713053</pmcid><pubmed_authors>Hodson A</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Karanth M</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Follows AM</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Santarsieri A</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Lentell IC</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Min SY</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Russell J</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Hodson DJ</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Sadullah S</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>O'Sullivan B</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Firth O</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Bulley SJ</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Uttenthal BJ</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Fowler A</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Follows GA</pubmed_authors></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Managing relapsed refractory lymphoma with palliative oral chemotherapy: A multicentre retrospective study.</name><description>PEP-C (prednisolone, etoposide, procarbazine and cyclophosphamide) is an orally administered daily chemotherapy regimen used with palliative intent in relapsed refractory lymphoma.
