While resources for studying the structural connectivity of non-human primate brains already exist, their integration with functional connectivity data has remained unavailable. Here we present a comprehensive resource that integrates the most extensive awake marmoset resting-state fMRI data available to date (39 marmoset monkeys, 710 runs, 12117 mins) with previously published cellular-level neuronal tracing data (52 marmoset monkeys, 143 injections) and multi-resolution diffusion MRI datasets. The combination of these data allowed us to (1) map the fine-detailed functional brain networks and cortical parcellations, (2) develop a deep-learning-based parcellation genera</pubmed_abstract><journal>Nature communications</journal><pubmed_title>An integrated resource for functional and structural connectivity of the marmoset brain.</pubmed_title><pmcid>PMC9715556</pmcid><funding_grant_id>R24 AG073190</funding_grant_id><pubmed_authors>Jiang H</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Silva AC</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Liang Z</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Feng F</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Perl YS</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Majka P</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Tong C</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Deco G</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Tian X</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Rosa MGP</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Chen Y</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Glen D</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Liu C</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Szczupak D</pubmed_authors><pubmed_authors>Yen CC</pubmed_authors></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>An integrated resource for functional and structural connectivity of the marmoset brain.</name><description>Comprehensive integration of structural and functional connectivity data is required to model brain functions accurately.
