Partial Correlation and Information Theory (PCIT) algorithm was used to build co-expression networks containing all nodes connecting to at least one differentially expressed gene (DEG) in normal and osteoarthritis networks. Hub and hub centrality genes were used to perform functional enrichment analysis.
