We aim to obtain consensus on how expert clinicians recognise and diagnose VCD/ILO.<h4>Methods and analysis</h4>Two-round modified Delphi, with workshop validation.<h4>Ethics and dissemination</h4>Institutional Board Review was obtained from the Monash Health Human Research Ethics Committee.
