Treated and contralateral untreated (abscopal) tumors were analyzed using multicolor immunofluorescence, digital spatial profiling, RNA sequencing (RNASeq), and flow cytometry.<h4>Results</h4>Unilateral histotripsy triggered abscopal tumor growth inhibition.
