Utilizing bioinformatics analysis, this study examined gene signatures related to progressing <i>H. pylori</i>-associated GC.<h4>Materials and methods</h4>The dataset GSE13195 was chosen to search for abnormally expressed genes in <i>H. pylori</i>-associated GC and normal tissues.
