Whole-genome sequencing (WGS) was carried out on 37 <i>K. pneumoniae</i> isolates displaying MDR and ESBL-producing phenotype. The assembled genomes were analysed for phylogeny, virulence factors and antimicrobial resistance genes (ARG) determinants.
