The cell signaling model is described by a system of ordinary differential equations, and is coupled with a cellular potts model. The model is in the MorpheusML format (https://morpheus.gitlab.io). The model will initialize with a random configuration of cells (which can be one of two types) which will then self-organize to form a two-layered structure. This file was used to produce Figure 2 in Mulberry and Keshet, 2020.</description><dates><release>2020-09-21T00:00:00Z</release><modification>2025-07-14T17:05:03.151Z</modification><creation>2025-03-31T13:23:01.644Z</creation></dates><accession>MODEL2009210003</accession><cross_references><doi>10.1088/1478-3975/abb2dc</doi></cross_references></HashMap>
