This model is an ensemble of smaller QSAR models trained on proprietary data from various sources, up to a total of >7M compounds. The training sets belong to Evotec, Johns Hopkins, MRCT, MMV - St. Jude, AZ, GSK, and St. Jude Vendor Library. The code and training data are not released, using this model posts predictions to the MAIP online server. The Ersilia Model Hub also offers MAIP-surrogate as a downloadable package for IP-sensitive queries.

<normal>Model Type:</normal> Predictive machine learning model.
<normal>Model Relevance:</normal> Predicts antimalarial activity.
<normal>Model Encoded by:</normal> Amna Ali (Ersilia)
<normal>Metadata Submitted in BioModels by:</normal> Zainab Ashimiyu-Abdusalam

Implementation of this model code by Ersilia is available here:
https://github.com/ersilia-os/eos4zfy

<dates><release>2024-05-21T00:00:00Z</release><modification>2025-07-14T17:02:18.798Z</modification><creation>2025-03-31T13:26:03.691Z</creation></dates><accession>MODEL2405210002</accession><cross_references><uberon>UBERON:0000178</uberon><chebi>CHEBI:38068</chebi><edam>topic_3336</edam><edam>topic_0154</edam><edam>topic_3474</edam><opl>OPL:0000263</opl><taxonomy>9606</taxonomy><taxonomy>5833</taxonomy><unknown>eos4zfy</unknown><efo>0005741</efo><efo>0001068</efo><bao>0002305</bao><stato>STATO:0000274</stato><stato>STATO:0000530</stato><stato>STATO:0000031</stato><pubmed>33618772</pubmed><ncit>NCIT:C271</ncit><ncit>NCIT:C16309</ncit><ncit>NCIT:C47824</ncit><ncit>C154407</ncit><ncit>C45329</ncit><obi>OBI_0200032</obi><cheminf>CHEMINF:000018</cheminf></cross_references></HashMap>
