These interviews sought to understand and collect local knowledge levels, attitudes, and recommendations around 'analytical treatment interruption (ATI),' a practice utilized in HIV cure clinical trials but not yet widely implemented in Africa. This knowledge was collected in an effort to evaluate local stakeholder attitudes and concerns around ATI as a practice, in an effort to inform ethical ATI design within current and future HIV cure clinical trials.

The dataset is sub-divided into two cohorts, hypothesized to represent the interests of people living with HIV (PLHIV) in Blantyre, Malawi:

• Transcripts 100001-100010: Healthcare workers from PLHIV wards
• Transcripts 100011-100020: PLHIV community leaders (religious leaders, community advisory board representatives, HIV advocacy group representatives)

This data can be used for qualitative coding, thematic, and sub-thematic analysis.</description><dates><release>2026-04-27T00:00:00Z</release><modification>2026-04-27T15:32:21.682Z</modification><creation>2026-04-23T18:42:26.642Z</creation></dates><accession>S-BSST2935</accession><cross_references/></HashMap>
