The primary hypothesis of this study is that CXD101 and anti-PD1 monoclonal antibody synergise the anti-tumour activity in MSS colorectal cancer patients (~95% of CRC) who do not seem to respond to anti-PD1 or -PD-L1 immunotherapy alone.","dates":{"creation":"2018-05-15"},"accession":"2308907","cross_references":{"ClinicalTrials___gov":["NCT03993626"],"EU Clinical Trials Register":["2017-004509-42"]}}
