<HashMap><database>EGA</database><scores/><additional><omics_type>Genomics</omics_type><dataset_type>N/A</dataset_type><full_dataset_link>https://ega-archive.org/datasets/EGAD00001001281</full_dataset_link><sample_count>3</sample_count><description>EGA dataset EGAD00001001281</description><repository>EGA</repository><title>McGill EMC Release 4 in tissue "venous blood" for cell type "eosinophil"</title><pubmed_abstract>Large-scale epigenome mapping by the NIH Roadmap Epigenomics Project, the ENCODE Consortium and the International Human Epigenome Consortium (IHEC) produces genome-wide DNA methylation data at one base-pair resolution. We examine how such data can be made open-access while balancing appropriate interpretation and genomic privacy.
