Here we describe G&T-seq, a method for separating and sequencing genomic DNA and full-length mRNA from single cells. By applying G&T-seq to over 220 single cells from mice and humans, we discovered cellular properties that could not be inferred from DNA or RNA sequencing alone."],"pubmed_title":["G&T-seq: parallel sequencing of single-cell genomes and transcriptomes."],"pubmed_authors":["Macaulay Iain C IC, Haerty Wilfried W, Kumar Parveen P, Li Yang I YI, Hu Tim Xiaoming TX, Teng Mabel J MJ, Goolam Mubeen M, Saurat Nathalie N, Coupland Paul P, Shirley Lesley M LM, Smith Miriam M, Van der Aa Niels N, Banerjee Ruby R, Ellis Peter D PD, Quail Michael A MA, Swerdlow Harold P HP, Zernicka-Goetz Magdalena M, Livesey Frederick J FJ, Ponting Chris P CP, Voet Thierry T"],"additional_accession":[]},"is_claimable":false,"name":"EGAS00001001204-sc-20150415 - samples","description":"Development of a method for separation and parallel sequencing of the genomes and transcriptomes of single cells.","dates":{"updated":"2019-10-31 12:52:11"},"accession":"EGAD00001001332","cross_references":{"TAXONOMY":["9606"],"pubmed":["25915121"],"EGA":["EGAC00001000205","EGAS00001001204"]}}
