Here we describe G&amp;T-seq, a method for separating and sequencing genomic DNA and full-length mRNA from single cells. By applying G&amp;T-seq to over 220 single cells from mice and humans, we discovered cellular properties that could not be inferred from DNA or RNA sequencing alone.</pubmed_abstract><pubmed_title>G&amp;amp;T-seq: parallel sequencing of single-cell genomes and transcriptomes.</pubmed_title><pubmed_authors>Macaulay Iain C IC, Haerty Wilfried W, Kumar Parveen P, Li Yang I YI, Hu Tim Xiaoming TX, Teng Mabel J MJ, Goolam Mubeen M, Saurat Nathalie N, Coupland Paul P, Shirley Lesley M LM, Smith Miriam M, Van der Aa Niels N, Banerjee Ruby R, Ellis Peter D PD, Quail Michael A MA, Swerdlow Harold P HP, Zernicka-Goetz Magdalena M, Livesey Frederick J FJ, Ponting Chris P CP, Voet Thierry T</pubmed_authors></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>EGAS00001001204-sc-20150415 - samples</name><description>Development of a method for separation and parallel sequencing of the genomes and transcriptomes of single cells.</description><dates><updated>2019-10-31 12:52:11</updated></dates><accession>EGAD00001001332</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>9606</TAXONOMY><pubmed>25915121</pubmed><EGA>EGAC00001000205</EGA><EGA>EGAS00001001204</EGA></cross_references></HashMap>
