We have shown that there is a 40KB duplication on chrom 15 found in\nsome patients with HMPS. Traditional serrated adenomas (rare sporadic polyps) share some\nmorphological features with HMPS polyps and it has long been hypothesised that they are the\nsporadic version of HMPS polyps. We have obtained of one of these\nlesions and in this project we aim to characterise this tumour.","dates":{"updated":"2017-07-26 15:39:27"},"accession":"EGAS00001000562","cross_references":{"TAXONOMY":["9606"],"EGA":["EGAD00001002182","EGAC00001000205"]}}
