We used shallow whole genome sequeincing (sWGS) with depths ranging from 0.5X to 1X to characterize the tumor fraction present in the samples, the copy number instability (CNI), and we sought to investigate whether the use of tumor fraction and the analysis of recurrent copy number alteration events would be a good measurement of the patient status over time.</description><dates><updated>2020-12-21 13:06:18</updated></dates><accession>EGAS00001004670</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>9606</TAXONOMY><EGA>EGAD00001006422</EGA><EGA>EGAC00001001741</EGA></cross_references></HashMap>
