We also assessed the impact of chemotherapy on the clonal expansion by sequencing tumour regions from one medium risk and one  high-risk tumour for which we had matched samples obtained at diagnosis and after chemotherapy.</description><dates><updated>2021-10-14 12:39:48</updated></dates><accession>EGAS00001004735</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>9606</TAXONOMY><EGA>EGAD00001008020</EGA><EGA>EGAD00001008156</EGA><EGA>EGAD00001008133</EGA><EGA>EGAD00010002225</EGA><EGA>EGAC00001001766</EGA></cross_references></HashMap>
