The study involves control, premalignant (atrophic gastritis), and malignant gastric cancer cases. Detected variant alleles and determined fractions during the course of a disease, will show the possible application of cfDNA as a minimally-invasive biomarker for not only early GC diagnostics but also for GC disease state monitoring.</description><dates><updated>2023-07-18 15:50:42</updated></dates><accession>EGAS00001007308</accession><cross_references><TAXONOMY>9606</TAXONOMY><EGA>EGAD00001011153</EGA><EGA>EGAC00001003304</EGA></cross_references></HashMap>
