In the current study, we identified a novel circRNA derived from β-catenin gene locus, which was named “circβ-catenin”. In order to characterize the function of circβ-catenin in modulating Wnt pathway, we conducted RNA-seq to evaluate the effect of circβ-catenin on global RNA expression profiles.</description><dates><publication>2019/05/15</publication></dates><accession>GSE124527</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM3535856</GSM><GSM>GSM3535855</GSM><GPL>23227</GPL><SRA>SRP174972</SRA><GSE>124527</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[31027518]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
