By the comparison of the different flow conditions we obtained a small panel of genes, mainly involved in inflammation, angiogenesis, leukocyte migration, smooth muscle cell growth, thrombosis (BMP4, SELE, HMOX1, MEOX2, SEMA3E): all these genes will be integrated in an in-silico model for the evaluation of restenosis and thrombosis development after BVS deployment.
