AM (CD45+CD11c+F4/80+) were sorted from the lung of 2-weeks-old mice. Total RNA from AM was extracted by Trizol reagent according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Library construction and data processing were performed by Beijing Genomics Institute. Libraries were sequenced on Illumina Hiseq4000.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/04</publication></dates><accession>GSE155965</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM4717250</GSM><GSM>GSM4717247</GSM><GSM>GSM4717246</GSM><GSM>GSM4717245</GSM><GSM>GSM4717249</GSM><GSM>GSM4717248</GSM><GPL>21103</GPL><SRA>SRP276876</SRA><GSE>155965</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
