We traced AML driver mutations back into early HSC/MPP like cells. We identify high confidence genes that are differentially expressed in matched cell types between AML cells at diagnosis versus relapse. We credentialled a subset of these genes via CRISPR-Cas9 screens in ten AML cell lines. Overall, we identify novel patterns and drivers of AML relapse.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/24</publication></dates><accession>GSE172313</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM5252354</GSM><GSM>GSM5252353</GSM><GSM>GSM5252352</GSM><GSM>GSM5252351</GSM><GSM>GSM5252350</GSM><GSM>GSM5252359</GSM><GSM>GSM5252358</GSM><GSM>GSM5252357</GSM><GSM>GSM5252356</GSM><GSM>GSM5252355</GSM><GSM>GSM5252365</GSM><GSM>GSM5252364</GSM><GSM>GSM5252363</GSM><GSM>GSM5252362</GSM><GSM>GSM5252361</GSM><GSM>GSM5252360</GSM><GSM>GSM5252369</GSM><GSM>GSM5252368</GSM><GSM>GSM5252367</GSM><GSM>GSM5252366</GSM><GSM>GSM5252376</GSM><GSM>GSM5252332</GSM><GSM>GSM5252331</GSM><GSM>GSM5252375</GSM><GSM>GSM5252374</GSM><GSM>GSM5252373</GSM><GSM>GSM5252372</GSM><GSM>GSM5252371</GSM><GSM>GSM5252370</GSM><GSM>GSM5252339</GSM><GSM>GSM5252338</GSM><GSM>GSM5252337</GSM><GSM>GSM5252336</GSM><GSM>GSM5252379</GSM><GSM>GSM5252335</GSM><GSM>GSM5252334</GSM><GSM>GSM5252378</GSM><GSM>GSM5252333</GSM><GSM>GSM5252377</GSM><GSM>GSM5252343</GSM><GSM>GSM5252342</GSM><GSM>GSM5252341</GSM><GSM>GSM5252340</GSM><GSM>GSM5252383</GSM><GSM>GSM5252382</GSM><GSM>GSM5252381</GSM><GSM>GSM5252380</GSM><GSM>GSM5252349</GSM><GSM>GSM5252348</GSM><GSM>GSM5252347</GSM><GSM>GSM5252346</GSM><GSM>GSM5252345</GSM><GSM>GSM5252344</GSM><GPL>18573</GPL><GPL>24676</GPL><SRA>SRP315322</SRA><GSE>172313</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
