For this, we performed RBBP4 and p300 specific ChIP followed by sequencing in GBM44 and 154 and identified regions co-occupied by RBBP4 and p300. We also used H3K9ac and H3K27Ac to map the potential promoters and/or enhancers controlled by histone acetylation mediated through RBBP4/p300 comolex.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/18</publication></dates><accession>GSE196381</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM5879871</GSM><GSM>GSM5879872</GSM><GSM>GSM5879873</GSM><GSM>GSM5879874</GSM><GSM>GSM5879880</GSM><GSM>GSM5879881</GSM><GSM>GSM5879870</GSM><GSM>GSM5879879</GSM><GSM>GSM5879868</GSM><GSM>GSM5879869</GSM><GSM>GSM5879875</GSM><GSM>GSM5879876</GSM><GSM>GSM5879877</GSM><GSM>GSM5879878</GSM><GSM>GSM5879867</GSM><GPL>21290</GPL><GSE>196381</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[42291750]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
