Samples of hypothalamic core areas suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) and paraventricular nucleus (PVN) were taken about seven hours after lights on (ZT07). After a de novo assembly of transcriptomes and a mapping against RefSeq of the house mouse (Mus musculus), data from hamsters sampled with hypothermic (HT) core body temperature during torpor arousal on a torpor-day (TD) were compared with data from hamsters sampled with normothermic (NT) core body temperature on a torpor-free day (TFD). The data must be interpreted with respect to the metabolic and seasonal context, as described in the manuscript of the original research.","dates":{"publication":"2026/06/24"},"accession":"GSE214011","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM6597764","GSM6597753","GSM6597742","GSM6597752","GSM6597763","GSM6597751","GSM6597762","GSM6597761","GSM6597750","GSM6597760","GSM6597749","GSM6597759","GSM6597748","GSM6597758","GSM6597747","GSM6597746","GSM6597757","GSM6597756","GSM6597745","GSM6597744","GSM6597755","GSM6597754","GSM6597765","GSM6597743"],"GPL":["30370"],"GSE":["214011"],"taxon":["Phodopus sungorus"],"PMID":["[42171721]"]}}
